COLLSON Homes are consented by Christchurch City Council to be built on the COLLSON Homes site located in Hornby, Christchurch.
Clients are required to seek advice and approval from their Local Council for their site/location. Once approval has been received, the purchase of your COLLSON Home can commence. Next step, engaging Lewis & Barrow Engineers to deliver floor plans. We will guide you through the process.
Yes. The installation of building code-compliant pile foundations are required for your COLLSON Home. We work with market leaders in ground screw design, specification and installation.
Services required for installation on site:
Electrical, Stormwater, Waster Water, Water Supply and the placement and connection of your COLLSON Home to your property.
Once your COLLSON Home site/location has been approved by your Local Council and our engineers have completed your plans, your COLLSON HOME build will take between 5-6 weeks to complete.

Yes. Your COLLSON Home site preparation should be completed prior to delivery. Area must be cleared, flattened and approved prior to delivery.

COLLSON Homes transportation costs vary depending on destination from Christchurch.
We will supply you a transportation cost and prior to delivery, the transport operator will undertake a site visit to evaluate the final destination of your COLLSON home.
COLLSON Homes are based in Christchurch and can deliver anywhere in the South Island, New Zealand.
All COLLSON Homes to date have been transported by HIAB Transport, where an effective and efficient partnership exists.
Importantly, HIAB drivers and pilots are very familiar with the transport and delivery process.
